step1. download and unzip tomcat

step2.sign up noip2

step3.download duc-noip and install  duc-noip

step4.bind your localhost ip address for no-ip2

step5.setting your wifi router  Port Forwarding  

step6.put your project in the tomcat server

step7.run your tomcat startup.bat

step8.key http://localhost:[port]/[yourproject]/[projectUrl]

step9.key http://[yourip or dynamic ]/[yourproject]/[projectUrl]

step10.if you see step8 and step9 success ,Congratulations :)
